Refund Policy

All sales at Elric Watches are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the model, size and details before ordering. Questions? WhatsApp us before you buy.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your watch arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, email elricwatches@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item. If a replacement isn't available, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Warranty

All watches are 100% genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the warranty card. Warranty claims are handled through the brand's authorised service centres, and we're happy to guide you.
