Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Payment

All orders are prepaid via UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Cash on delivery is currently not available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.

Delivery issues

If the package looks tampered with, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and email elricwatches@gmail.com within 48 hours. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.
