These terms govern your use of elricwatches.in and purchases from Elric Watches. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

Authenticity and warranty

We sell only genuine products. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated by each brand.

No returns, and shipping

All sales are final; we replace only damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use. Site content, logos and images belong to Elric Watches or their respective brand owners.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
